The events of 2020 have changed much in our personal and professional lives. As marketers, this is usually a time for closing out the current year and planning for the next. 2021 looks to be a year of continued uncertainty for many, but the beat goes on, and as such 2021 planning is incredibly important.

In this session, we’ll discuss 2021 planning approaches. What are you doing differently, what have you learned, and what can you share with your peers?
