BMUG Sept Office Hours, Marketo Magic and More

Sep 24, 2020, 4:00 – 5:00 PM

Boston MUG

As we hit the last part of 2020, there is a lot of planning beginning to start for 2021. In this virtual Boston MUG session, we'll cover topics important to the group and bring in a special guest to give tips on advanced Marketo capabilities. More importantly, you'll get some time to network with your Boston Marketo peers---something we all have missed.

About this event

In this virtual Boston MUG session, we'll cover topics important to the group and have a few special guests we'll share as we get closer. More importantly, you'll get some time to network with your Boston Marketo peers---something we all have missed.

- Intros/State of the Marketo nation (5-10 min)
- Open Discussion ( 20 minutes) - Share how you are accomplishing certain tasks in Marketo (Marketo Sky, Lead scoring, Deliverability, Scale and more)
- Marketo Magic with special guest Jon Bourne (30 min). Have you ever struggled to get Marketo’s out-of-the-box functionality to do something, but can’t figure out how? If you can dream it, you can do it (most of the time) with a little help from scripting. Open your eyes to a whole new world of possibilities in this lightning round of use cases that solves common challenges that we as marketers face:
  • Bring back form prefill
  • Hide an opt-in checkbox if you already have consent
  • Customize forms’ button text and redirect URL based on the page the form is on
  • Push YouTube video views into Marketo
  • Register leads for multiple webinars with one form submission

VIA Zoom so we can all collaborate.
