Nurture best practices	In her own words "Nurture is my jam!". Grace Brebner, Senior Manager of Client Services - APAC at Digital Pi, will take us through what you need to know to get amazing nurture programs up and running.
First experiences with engagement programs	Don't be mistaken. This is not a masterclass! Instead Brittney from Grant Thornton and James from TechOne will take you through their very first engagement programs so you can get first hand experience on what they look like, how they work and get ideas for what you need to consider for yours.
